We’re happy to help with questions about our products and services. For advice about choosing treats, tell us a little about your dog, including their age, physical size, chewing style and any ingredients you need to avoid.

We can help you compare the products we stock, but we can’t diagnose a medical condition, prescribe a diet or confirm that an ordinary treat is medically suitable.

Our shop has a dog deli-style counter alongside natural treats, crafted products, bagged and packed snacks, chews, treat boxes and hampers.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address, change an order or report a delayed, damaged, missing or incorrect item.

Shop Collection

For questions about collecting an online order, contact Fido’s before ordering or travelling. Please wait until we have confirmed that the order is ready.

Fido’s doesn’t currently operate a personal local delivery round. Online orders are sent using our UK postal delivery service.

Product Questions

For help checking a particular product, send clear photographs of:

• the front of the packet;
• the composition or ingredients;
• the analytical constituents;
• the additives and feeding information;
• the batch number and best-before date where relevant.
