Returns & Refund Policy

At Fido’s Tasty Treats, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase.

Due to the nature of our products (natural dog treats and perishable goods), we do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used dog treats

  • Perishable food items

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Unopened Items

If you wish to return an unopened and unused item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must:

  • Be unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
