Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you (and your dog!) to be completely happy with your order. We take a lot of care to make sure every bag, pouch, and treat leaves us fresh and in perfect condition.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because our products are perishable and made for animal consumption, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges once they’ve left our premises.
This is to make sure all the food we provide stays safe, hygienic, and high quality for every pup.

This means we can’t take back:

  • Any opened or unopened dog food or treats

  • Any product that’s been handled or stored outside our control

We know this might be a little inconvenient, and we really appreciate your understanding. 🐾

If Something’s Not Right

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t seem quite right, please let us know within  5 days of receiving it.
You can email us at fidostastytreats@gmail.com with your order number and a quick photo of the issue — this just helps us sort things out quickly.

Once we’ve reviewed what happened, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund if something’s gone wrong on our end.
