2. Are your treats rawhide-free?

Yes — we never sell rawhide. All chews are natural and digestible.

3. Where do your products come from?

Our treats are sourced from trusted UK and EU suppliers who meet high safety and welfare standards.

4. Are your treats safe for puppies?

Many treats are puppy-friendly, but always check the individual product page.
Soft chews, small sausages and gentle proteins are generally suitable from 12 weeks+.

5. Do your treats help with dental health?

Yes — many natural chews help reduce plaque and tartar through natural abrasion.

6. What furry treats are for? Are they safe?

11. Are bones safe?

We only sell air-dried, non-cooked chews.
Avoid cooked bones (they splinter), but natural air-dried bones and feet are safe when supervised.

12. How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

13. How much is delivery?

Delivery prices vary depending on weight and location. Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout.

14. Do you offer returns?

For hygiene reasons, treats cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

15. How often can I give treats?

Treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog’s daily diet.

16. Do I need to supervise my dog while chewing?
